14-day returns

You may return an unopened bottle in its sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Write to fantom992509@gmail.com with your order number (KC-…) and we’ll send the return address.

Opened perfume

For hygiene reasons, bottles whose seal has been broken or that have been sprayed cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or wrong item

If your bottle arrives broken, leaking or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong. Once the returned bottle reaches us, we refund the product price to the original payment method (PayPal or card) within 10 days. Card refunds may take a further 5–10 days to appear. Crypto payments are refunded in the same stablecoin to an address you provide, at the USD value paid.
